Closing Day

We are updating our plan for parents for closing day. We are no longer able to have parents join us for closing day activities, and parents must now pick their campers up on Saturday July 30 for Session 2, and Saturday, August 13 for Session 3.

The pick up schedule for Session 2 is below:
– 3^rd to 8^th grade campers should be picked up between 9 am and 10:30 am
– 9th grade and up campers should be picked up between 10:30 am and 12 pm

The pick up schedule for Session 3 is below:
– 3^rd to 7^th grade campers should be picked up between 9 am and 10:30 am
– 8th grade and up campers should be picked up between 10:00 am and 12 pm

Campers will watch the slideshow on Friday before departure, and a link will be sent to all parents to view the next week. Parents with children in the theater production will also be sent a link to view a recording of the show.
