Preparing for camp and keeping track of forms and checklists can be challenging – so here is everything you need and need to know – all in one place! We are here to help, if you have additional questions, please contact us at any time.
It’s important to keep track of what your child will need to bring to camp. Certain camp clothing will need to be purchased directly from the camp’s clothing company, and other items should be brought from home. We encourage parents and family members to print out this checklist of items that your child will require for camp:
Camp forms need to be completed at least 4 weeks in advance to camp starting. In order to complete and submit your child’s camp forms, you will need log in to your account. Once logged in, you can navigate to the “Forms & Documents” section, where you will find all forms that you need to fill out. In addition to the normal camp health forms, we require a Pre-Camp Health Screening Form to be filled out and submitted as well.
To help provide parents and family members with as much camp information as possible, we have put together a Parent Handbook. For the summer of 2021, we have updated our Parent Handbook to reflect the changes we have made to provide a safe camp experience in accordance with current Covid-19 guidelines. Changes to previous sections are noted as updated. This handbook is designed to help you prepare your child for an awesome camp experience! More than ever this year, please read through all of the sections.
