Each year, we welcome campers from all over the world. Such a diverse group of children makes camp an enriching experience for everyone. Approximately 10-15% of our campers come from countries other then the United States. Our trained staff helps each international camper make a successful transition to American camp life.
Over the years, we have had campers from the following countries: France, Italy, England, Spain, Germany, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Japan, Canada and many more.
Attending camp is the ultimate “English Immersion Program.” Your child will be surrounded by English speaking campers and staff. This will give them multiple opportunities to practice speaking English each day.
International campers can fly to Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. It has direct flights to more than 20 international destinations. Members of our staff will transport your child to and from the airport, and assist them with all airport procedures. If parents or guardians would like to bring campers to camp themselves, there is additional lodging near the camp.
Most campers choose to bring their own bedding and towels to camp. We do rent these items for an additional fee, which is a great convenience for campers traveling by plane.
For the convenience of our international parents, payments can be made both by wire transfer and credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Please contact our office for information on sending a wire transfer.
At Kingsley Pines, your child’s health and safety is our top priority, which is why we want to assist in making travel to camp as easy and as safe as possible. If you have any general questions about camp, please check out our FAQ page. For any additional questions or if you’d just like to speak with someone from camp please feel free to contact us.
